The Head of School
The Head of School carries overall responsibility for the vision, culture and academic direction of Rev. Gaddiel Acquaah Mem. Methodist Preparatory School. This role sets the tone for the whole community and keeps the school faithful to its mission.
- Champions a clear, ambitious vision for learning and character.
- Safeguards the wellbeing of every pupil and staff member.
- Builds strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.
- Ensures that standards of teaching, care and conduct remain high.
The Deputy Heads
The Deputies translate vision into daily practice. Working alongside the Head of School, they oversee academics, operations and pupil welfare so that the school runs smoothly and purposefully.
- Coordinate the curriculum, assessment and quality of teaching.
- Manage day-to-day operations, discipline and school routines.
- Support and mentor staff in their professional growth.
- Step in for the Head of School when required.
Heads of Section
Each phase of a child's journey deserves specialist attention. Our Heads of Section lead the early years, primary and upper phases, ensuring learning is age-appropriate and every transition feels seamless.
- Set high, realistic expectations for their phase.
- Know their pupils well and track individual progress.

Pastoral and Wellbeing Leads
